What is the proposed Model State Emergency Act? Will it be a precursor to the “no buy”, no sell” oppressive economic system soon to be established: An assault on civil and religious liberty?
The Model State Emergency Health Powers Act is a draft of model legislation to increase state powers to respond to bioterrorism or other outbreaks if disease that the Centers for Disease Control and others want the states to pass into law (www.aclu.org). The very wording of the proposed legislation is enough to raise a red flag.
The Act provides unchecked emergency powers to Public Health authorities all in the guise of fighting terrorism ….
According to the act, the powers given to State health officials once public health emergency is declared include:
- Force individuals suspected of harboring an infectious disease to undergo medical examinations.
- Track and share an individual’s personal health information, including genetic information.
- Force persons to be vaccinated, treated, or quarantined for infectious diseases.
- Mandate that all health care providers report all cases of persons who harbor any illness or health condition that may be caused by epidemic or an infectious agent.
- Force pharmacists to report any unusual of increased prescription rates that may be caused by epidemic diseases.
- Control public and private property during a public health emergency…
- Mobilize all or any part of the organized militia into service to the state to help enforce the state’s orders.
- Ration firearms, explosives, food, fuel & alcoholic beverages.
- Impose fines and penalties to enforce their orders (www.heritage.org).

……………..Forced medical treatment and vaccinations with the use of drugs with no regard for voluntary informed consent or liberty of conscience has serious religious implications.
……………Believers in the word or God hold a fixed biblical position ….. Deuteronomy 18:19-12. Is it then morally and ethically right to force the use of drugs as medication on someone against their voluntary consent? Does a state of public health emergency warrant the violation of civil and religious liberties when medical treatment and vaccination are forcefully imposed on every citizen? It is a well known fact that “every vaccine, like every drug, carries an inherent risk of injury or death”
According to Revelation 13, under the Image to the Beast power the faithful will not be able to buy or sell without the mark of the beast, and thus will not be able to pay for medical services at that time. Will this proposed legislation be a ploy used to have them quarantined, arrested and imprisoned? ………… With outbreaks of Zika, Smallpox, Ebola, Avian influenza, Monkey pox, Mad cow disease and Chicken-pox, just to name a few, what is the probability of faithful Sabbath-keepers being arrested, imprisoned, or quarantined under a national state of public health emergency for refusing mandatory vaccination or immunization. Who then will be able to stand?
