Happy Sabbath, Church
Family!

Welcome to the Lubbock Seventh
-day Adventist Church! We are so
glad you chose to worship with us
today. Whether you are here for
the first time or are part of our
regular church family, we pray
that you feel the presence of God
in a special way as we gather in worship, fellowship,
and praise.

Today is a very special Sabbath because we are
concluding the evangelistic series that has been
taking place at Texas Tech University. Throughout
this week, we have seen God’s hand moving among
young people who are searching for truth and
purpose in their lives. It has been inspiring to witness
the power of the Holy Spirit working as hearts are
touched, decisions are made, and lives are drawn
closer to Jesus. Moments like these remind us that
God is still active and that His Word continues to
bring light and hope in a world that so desperately
needs it.

We also have the privilege today of welcoming our
guest speaker, Pastor Joslen Lache. Pastor Joslen
serves the Lord faithfully in Albuquerque, New
Mexico, where he pastors and ministers to his
community with passion and dedication. He is also
blessed with a wonderful family – his wife, Ana, and
their two precious daughters. I have the personal joy
of knowing Pastor Joslen for many years, as we grew
up together and have shared in the journey of
ministry. It is always a privilege to not only call him a
friend but to hear him preach the Word of God.

Today, Pastor Joslen will be bringing us a message
entitled “God’s Plan > Your Plan.” This powerful
theme reminds us that no matter how carefully we
may map out our own lives, God’s plans are always
greater, higher, and better than anything we could
design for ourselves. When we surrender to Him and
allow His will to guide us, we find true peace,
purpose, and fulfillment.

My prayer for you today is that as you listen to the
message, you will hear God’s voice speaking directly
to your heart. May you walk away with a renewed
trust in His plan for your life and a deeper faith that
He is leading you step by step.

Blessings,
Pastor Raul Alvarez
