This Monday, October 3, from 5-7 p.m. the Adventist Book Center (ABC) Bookmobile will be here selling vegetarian products and most importantly; books!

Pacific Press Publishing has a program called, “Reading is Fun.” http://www.pacificpress.com/ Books for grades 1 to 12 have been selected for students to read and for teachers to use in Seventh-day Adventist reading classes.

Lubbock Junior Academy has ordered these books and is asking that church members, in addition to their own purchases, buy a book for our school.

These books include plot lines, such as: missionaries being chased by bandits, prize-winning horses, and a cow so smart she seems almost human.

After a long day at work, you can shop till you drop at the ABC Bookmobile, then go into the church Fellowship Hall for a yummy Redi-burger sandwich, chips, salad, dessert and drink for $5.00. The money raised will go towards helping the students attend outdoor school in New Mexico next year.
