Last Wednesday, we had a delightful visit from Mr. Baldwin who is a recruiter from Thunderbird Academy in Scottsdale, Arizona. Mr. Baldwin shared with our students about this well-known boarding high school operated by the Arizona Conference of Seventh-day Adventists.
Our enthusiastic speaker explained Thunderbird’s many opportunities. These exciting items include college preparatory classes, soccer, volleyball, basketball, photography, band, choir, mission outreach and training for a private pilot’s license.
Mr. Baldwin used the scriptures to encourage our students to attend a school where living for Christ is the normal school routine. It is also a place where lasting relationships are made.
