Dear Family in Jesus,
How wonderful it is that we can look forward to the “Good ole Days” which will be ours in Heaven one day while at the same time we can rejoice in Christian fellowship now.
As a boy, July 4th meant picnic, ballgames and excitement about the land of the free, so with this theme in mind on Saturday, July 2, the worship service will unfold with an engaging message SIX SECONDS TO LIVE along with music to remind us of the wonders of living in freedom.
Sabbath morning, July 9, our own Leroy Green will give the gripping message CAUGHT OFF GUARD. Michael Harris will compliment the worship service with his rich baritone voice. You won’t want to miss the free concert at 7:00pm with Michael Harris and friends.
Then come Sabbath, July 16, and the pastor will give a message of stunning reality entitled, PRESSING TOWARD THE MARK.
Come Sabbath, July 23, and a lady of magnificent understanding, our own Miss Z – Lubbock Junior Academy Principal, Susan Zimmermann – will grace the Lubbock pulpit with her message SAMUEL’S SPECIAL PROJECT.
The shadows will fall on our July worships when on the 30th of the month we will celebrate Communion and the morning message will be the penetrating subject of WHO IS WORTHY?
I know July will bring lasting memories to each of us as we worship and celebrate the Sabbath with our Lord and His family.
