Today we welcome Pastor Ray Christman to our pulpit.

Pastor Christman is an ordained Seventh-day Adventist minister and a Board Certified Chaplain.

Pastor Christman’s Pastoral Ministry began in the Texas Conference in various churches including a Spanish Company. He received a B.A. in Theology at Southwestern Adventist University in Keene, TX. He received an M. Div. from Andrews Theological Seminary in Berrien Springs, Michigan. He also has ACPE Chaplaincy credentials.

Pastor Christman was ordained to the Gospel Ministry of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in 2009. He received an Endorsement through NAD Adventist Chaplaincy Ministries (ACM) in 2016. He became a Board Certified Chaplin (BCC) through Association of Professional Chaplains (APC) in 2017. He is an active member of the community interfaith Ministerial Alliance. He has culturally diverse leadership skills (including conversational Spanish skills) from pastoring Anglo, Hispanic and Islander churches.

Pastor Christman is married and has two children, his wife Karie is an RN who very much enjoys the ministry. Benjamin (8) is a bright and energetic son who is in 2nd grade and niece Haley (17) is a hard-working Junior at Great Lakes Academy in Florida and spends her summers canvassing. Pastor Christman is currently a staff chaplain at the Winter Park Memorial Hospital in Winter Park, FL.
